Filter, sort, and group leads with saved views in the Android mobile app

We are excited to announce several updates and fixes that improve the speed and effectiveness of our Streak Android app.
These enhancements make it easier to add and edit CRM content from anywhere using your mobile device and help you find important data more quickly.
We've also addressed a few bugs affecting some of our Android users.

Quickly adding content from your mobile device means you can log details in your CRM while on a site visit, making deliveries, or attending events. No need to rely on your memory or note pads that inevitably end up crumpled in your work bag.
Our mobile app allows you to quickly add files, meeting notes, tasks, and comments to your CRM when you’re not at your desk.
Previously, if you’d already started drafting but wanted to change the type of content - say, from a comment to a task - you’d have to exit the draft and start over from scratch.
Now, you’ll see options to convert your draft to a comment, meeting note, or other type of content on the fly. This allows more flexibility, whether your original idea changed or you simply selected the wrong menu option.
Save time with the option to upload multiple files and photos to a box at once. Select photos or files from your device, or snap photos using your device’s camera.
A status bar now shows you the progress of file uploads in your boxes and helps you confirm that files have been uploaded successfully.
Previously, a system notification would alert you of completed uploads only if you had notifications enabled on your device.
We focused on improving the box view, where all the action happens with deals in your pipelines. These updates help you locate and update information faster - even if your box contains large amounts of information and content.
You can now edit more information in your boxes using the Android app, with editing formats corresponding to each column type.
For example, you’ll find a menu-selector for drop-down fields, a + button to add tags, a date selector for dates, or a cursor in text fields. These streamlined options help you quickly and accurately add information to your CRM.

More filter options and a faster-loading box timeline lets you find information about deals more quickly.
Instead of the app loading every single detail when you open the box, it loads the first ~20 much faster. When you scroll to the bottom of the box timeline, it will load the next ~20 almost instantaneously. This performance improvement means you can scroll through all of your information faster, especially in large boxes.
Additional filter options allow you to view only a certain type of content in your timeline, such as comments or files, so you find what you’re looking for faster.
Organizations are now included in the contacts screen within the box view. This helps you track people and companies associated with each deal.
🔍 The search tab is now much more responsive to your typing and shows suggested results quickly. Organizations are now also included in search results.
We tackled a few bugs to keep the app running smoothly!
We fixed an issue that caused box content to sometimes not appear if it was created within very specific date ranges.
All of your box content will now be displayed when you open a box in your pipelines.
Due to a back-end technicality, a very small percentage of Streak users were unable to find search results when they typed into the search field on their mobile app. This has now been fixed - give the speedier search a try!
We fixed an issue where tasks weren’t listed in the correct order in Streak Upcoming. Your tasks will now be listed in chronological order based on task due date.
We fixed an issue where the app would become unusable if it was open in the background for a long period of time. This only affected users on some devices, and has been resolved.
